It’s often said that everyone needs to have Enduring Powers of Attorney and Guardianship.

But when you’re not sure what they are, how they work, or why you need them, it’s a big ask. Add in legal jargon, common misconceptions, and the thought of losing control over your own life, and it’s easy to put it in the “too hard basket”.

This session uses real-life examples to explore why these documents matter and how they work, helping people see the value in planning ahead sooner rather than later.
